Yoga classes for expectant mothers organized by Harmonicare Medical Holding Co. Ltd. simultaneously at 11 locations in 10 cities set a Guinness World Record yesterday with 1,443 women participating.
由和美医疗控股有限公司举办的2015最大规模的孕妇瑜伽课，来自8座城市11个场地的1443名准妈妈一起上课，同练瑜伽，创造了新的吉尼斯世界纪录荣誉。
In Shenzhen, 288 mothers-to-be did yoga, including some foreigners. The Shenzhen class lasted 35 minutes and was held at Caesars Palace at the Window of the World theme park in Nanshan District. The co-organizer, Shenzhen Harmonicare Women’s and Children’s Hospital, set a ceiling of 300 participants because of limited space.
在深圳，共有288位母亲参加本次瑜伽课，其中包括一些外国妈妈。本次瑜伽课历时35分钟，在南山区世界之窗举行。协办单位为和美妇儿科医院。
“Yoga is very useful and a healthy way of life, I practice twice a week even after becoming pregnant,” said Lorraine Byrne, a teacher from Ireland who teaches at an EF school in Nanshan District. Byrne, who is seven-month pregnant, is having routine prenatal checkups at Shenzhen Harmonicare Women’s and Children’s Hospital. She said she would deliver her child at the hospital.
来自爱尔兰，现任教于南山区英孚学校的Lorraine Byrne说，“瑜伽是一种非常有益和健康的生活方式，即使我怀孕了，我还是坚持每周两次的练习。”Byrne已怀孕七个月，一直在和美妇儿科医院进行常规的产前检查，她打算在和美把孩子生下来。
“It is the best hospital I have ever been to in Shenzhen as I enjoy international insurance. Most of my costs will be covered by insurance,” said Byrne.
Byrne说，“和美妇儿科医院是我在深圳遇到最好的医院，我的国际保险在这里可以支付大部分的费用。”
The yoga class for expectant mothers was also a busy day for fathers-to-be, who took pictures.
为妈妈们拍照的爸爸们也是忙了一整天。
Hans, a Dutch man who has stayed in the city for over five years, was busy taking photos of his wife during the yoga session. “This event is really very nice. I sincerely hope it can create a Guinness World Record,” said Hans.
在深圳待了五年的荷兰人Hans昨天忙着为上瑜伽课的老婆拍照。Hans说，“这个活动很好，我希望这个活动能破吉尼斯纪录。”
Participants of the class were offered two tickets to Window of the World, free yoga clothing, a free yoga mat and a gift basket.
此次活动的参与者都能获得两张世界之窗门票、免费的瑜伽服、免费的瑜伽垫和礼品篮。
Some of them were luckier, as they got better prizes which could pay for the medical costs of delivering a baby at the hospital.
当中有幸运的妈妈获得免医疗费用在医院生孩子的奖品。
